Admission Process

We warmly welcome you to visit our school. Please do not hesitate to contact our Registrar on admission@miso.om or call +968 24138842, 24138843 with any questions you may have about the school.  You can also book a visit to start the application and admissions process.

Please follow the instructions below in order to start the registration process for your child / children.

Step 1

• Requirements before official registration can begin:

1. Your child’s / children’s birth certificate (original + copy).
2. The most recent school certificate.
1. Original + copy.
2. Note: Only learners who attained a (B) symbol average in the entrance exam will be considered for registration.
3. A non-refundable fee of Twenty (20) Omani Rial is charged for the entrance exam.

Step 2

• Protocol  for Entrance Exam:

1. Parents complete the initial registration form.
2. Parents should wait in the assigned waiting area while their child / children are completing the entrance exam.
3. Parents are not allowed in the examination rooms.

If your child completes the Entrance Exam and receives no less than a (B) average, then Step 3 must be completed within one week from the date you are informed of your child’s / children’s acceptance.

Step 3

• Formal Registration Procedure:

1. Four recent passport size photos.
2. Copy of child’s vaccination card and birth certificate.
3. Copy of child’s passport.
4. A copy of the Parent’s / Guardian’s ID.
5. Copies of both the father’s and mother’s passport.
6. Officially endorsed transfer form from his/her previous school.
7. Signed electronic Registration Form.
8. Non-refundable down payment of the first installment of the school fees + post-dated cheques for Second and third instalment.
9. Three post-dated cheques for the school fees.

P.S.! The Registration of a student at M.I.S. depends on the completion of the Registration Process.

إجـراءات التسجيــل

الفاضل / ولي الأمر ،،،
المدرسة العصرية العالمية ترحب بكم وتدعوكم إلى
اتباع التعليمات أدناه لبدء عملية التسجيل الخاصة بابنك / ابنتك

 

الخطوة:1
 يمكن أن تبدأ بتأمين الوثائق التالية قبل التسجيل الرسمي وهي:
1. شهادة ميلاد ابنك / ابنتك (الأصلي + نسخة)
2. أحدث شهادة مدرسية.  ( الأصلي + نسخة )
ملاحظة: يقبل الطالب ويسجل في حال حصوله تقدير ( ب) فما فوق في اختبارات القبول ، ويبدأ في الخطوة 3 ونرجو إكمالها خلال أسبوع من موعد إعلامكم بقبول ابنكم / ابنتكم بالمدرسة.
3. رسوم امتحان القبول عشرون (20) ريالا عمانيا غير قابلة للاسترداد.

الخطوة:2
امتحان القبول
1. على أولياء الأمور إكمال تعبئة استمارة التسجيل الأولية.
2. الانتظار في المنطقة المخصصة للانتظار خلال فترة إجراء الطلبة للامتحان.
3. لايسمح لأولياء الأمور بالدخول في قاعة الامتحان.

الخطوة:3
الوثائق والمستندات المطلوبة للتسجيل.
1. أربعة صور شخصية حديثة.
2. نسخة من بطاقة التطعيم وشهادة ميلاد الطالب / الطالبة.
3. نسخة من جواز سفر الطالب.
4. نسخة من البطاقة الشخصية ( الأم + الأب ) وبطاقة مقيم لغير العمانيين. 
5. نسخة من جواز السفر ( الأم + الأب ).
6. استمارة التحويل عبر البوابة التعليمية من المدرسة المنتقل منها الطالب.
7. توقيع نموذج التسجيل الإلكتروني .
8. الدفعة الأولى الغير مستردة من الرسوم المدرسية + شيكات مؤجلة الدفع للدفعة الثانية والثالثة.
9. توقيع الإقرار المالي المعتمد بالمدرسة.

 

• تسجيل الطالب في المدرسة العصرية العالمية يعتمد على استكمال إجراءات التسجيل.
